The seminars are intended for junior practitioners who are members or associate members of the association and pupils with an interest in property law. FORTHCOMING EVENTS 3 April 2007 : "Proprietary Estoppel and Constructive Trusts" : A Seminar with Lord Neuberger, Sir Kim Lewison, Christopher Nugee QC & Ben MacFarlane and chaired by Lord Walker to be held in the Inner Temple Parliament Chamber from 6.00pm. 26 April 2007 : Bar and Bench Party to be held at Staples Inn. 5 June 2007 : "All you wanted to know about...": A Guide to Appearing in (i) the Chancery Applications Court from Mr Justice Briggs; (ii) the County Court possessions list from District Judge Langley; and (iii) the Chancery Master's List from a Chancery Master (to be confirmed). This seminar will be held in the Smoking Room, Inner Temple.
