Introduction
Michael’s practice encompasses all aspects of the law of property, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters and real property. Michael also acts in corporate and personal insolvency matters, disputes relating to trusts and estates, and company law where they relate to property.
Michael regularly appears before the High Court, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), County Courts and in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in interim applications (including interlocutory injunctions) and trials. He also has experience of appearing in matters both alone and led by Queen’s Counsel.
Michael specialises in real property disputes and continues to act for some of the UK's largest lenders in claims involving undue influence, mortgage fraud, priority of interests and subrogation.
