Many of those provisions are potentially uncertain in their meaning or scope\, or direct parties to seek determinations from the Tribunal or the courts. How can we as litigators assist?\n\nIn this seminar\, the speakers will each introduce particular aspects of the Act and flag up areas for potential dispute or applications that should be in the minds of most property litigators. There will then be a Q&amp\;A on the topic. Topics covered will include:\n\n 	Lessee protection provisions in Schedule 8: the ‘waterfall’\n 	New implied terms relating to building safety and for recovery of building safety costs\n 	Applications for Remediation Contribution Orders and Remediation Orders\n 	Identification of the accountable and principal accountable persons and applications for determination in cases of dispute\n\nA degree of broad familiarity with the Act will assist those attending\, but is not essential.\n\nAttendees are invited to submit any questions on the above areas in advance by email to enquiries@propertybar.org.uk\n\nRegistration:\nThere is no charge for this event but registration is essential.\n\nPBA Members please register below.  You will be asked to indicate whether you want to attend in person or by Zoom.\n\nPLA members should register via the PLA website.\n\nIf you are attending online\, you will be sent the Zoom link shortly before the event.
