DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nContractual and statutory requirements for the giving of notices regularly involve difficult points of law and lead to disputes across the full range of our property law practices. This joint panel event with the PLA will involve a broad discussion facilitated by the Chair\, Rebecca Campbell\, BCLP covering recent trends and developments following changing economic conditions and market demands as well as specific issues emerging from recent case law. The discussion will identify and debate issues relating to notices in both residential and commercial contexts\, with each member of the panel giving their specific experiences and perspectives.\n\nThe panel:\n\nJustin Bates KC\, Landmark Chambers\n\nEmer Murphy\, Wilberforce Chambers\n\nRichard Cressall\, Shoosmiths\n\nKate Andrews\, Hamlins\n\nRegistration from 5.30pm for a prompt 6pm start.
