DESCRIPTION:This year we return to the City that hosted our first Northern Conference in 2023. The Midland Hotel in Manchester will welcome some of the leading experts in property law from the professions\, the judiciary and academia drawn from across the country.\nOur speakers will cover a range of thought-provoking topics concerning the Future of Property Law including an expert panel on the impact of artificial intelligence on property law\, a workshop on ‘newcomer’ injunctions and a debate on the law of nuisance. This year’s Northern Conference is again open to barristers and solicitors\, whether or not they are members of the PBA.\nTickets are only £25 +VAT for members. Non-members who are practising solicitors\, academics or members of the judiciary are also welcome to attend – the non-member rate is £50 +VAT.
