DESCRIPTION:THE LAW OF PROPERTY ACT 1925: 100 YEARS ON\n\nDate and time:  24 September 2025\, 1.15pm-6pm\, followed by drinks\n\nVenue: The Ashworth Centre\, The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn\n\nSummary: 100 years on\, our distinguished speakers will discuss - has the Law of Property Act 1925 stood the test of time or is reform long overdue?  The keynote address is by Lord Neuberger and the day includes a panel discussion chaired by Elizabeth Cooke\, Upper Tribunal Judge and President of the Property Litigation Association.\n\nInviting PLA members: To mark the PLA’s 30th Anniversary\, the PBA are excited to extend an invitation to this year’s conference to the PLA’s members. PBA members may either invite PLA members as their own guests or offer to purchase tickets on their behalf at reduced rates.
