DESCRIPTION:Join us for a training and networking event in Leeds run in conjunction with the Property Litigation Association.\nIt will be an event that will provide an opportunity for barristers\, solicitors\, surveyors and estate agents to network whilst hearing about the upcoming reforms of the Renters’ Rights Act.\n\nThe training will consist of the following:\n\nTalk 1: What does the Renters’ Rights Act mean for investors\, lenders and insurers? delivered by Eleanor d’Arcy and Kirsty Malloch from Exchange Chambers.\n\nTalk 2: The Renters’ Rights Act for experts: valuation and building surveying delivered by Alice Richardson and Abigail Cheetham from Trinity Chambers.\n\nPossession Panel: Stephanie Jarron from Enterprise Chambers and an expert panel.\n\nThe training will take place in the beautiful surroundings of Holy Trinity Boar Lane\, Leeds and there will be an opportunity for networking and drinks both before and after the talks.\nRegistration is from 2pm for a prompt start at 3pm.
