Junior PBA Event - How to get the most out of without prejudice meetings

Learn more about the do's and don'ts of attending without prejudice meetings and how to ensure that you get the most out of them for your clients.

The evening will include an example Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 role-play followed by a talk by Nick Davies, Barrister, of Really Great Training, who will point out what the participants in the role play did well and make suggestions in relation to where they may have gone wrong.

Delegates will be provided with a statement of facts prior to the event.

This will be followed by drinks and canapes and an opportunity to network with your peers from the Junior Property Bar Association, the Junior Property Lititation Association and RICS Matrics London.

There will also be an opportunity to talk to Nick who will be on hand to answer questions.

This event is suitable for members of up to 10 years' call and provides 1 CPD hour.
