This promises to be a lively discussion on the advantages, and disadvantages of arbitration annd expert determination when resolving disputes. The discussion will focus on rent review and dilapitations but will also consider these forms of ADR in a more general context and how we can use them to achieve our clinets' aims.
We have some great speakers at the top of their game who will be able to provide an invaluable insight as to how expert determination and arbitration are currently working, things to bear in mind when you are instructed or asked to advise, and what changes are on the horizon.
