Join Martin Dixon on a guided tour through the difficult terrain that is the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995. Martin will take Junior PBA members through some of the common pitfalls and problems thrown up by this difficult piece of legislation.
Junior PBA members are those within 10 years’ call or less, but any member is welcome to attend.
