The PBA joins forces with guests from the PLA to envision what the future might have in store for property litigation.  Our panellists will review what the pandemic brought to the world of property law in 2020, and debate what may be yet to come.

Chaired by Brie Stevens-Hoare QC, Chair of the PBA, the panellists will comprise two of our soon-to-be property silks and two leading property litigation solicitors:

Rebecca Campbell of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner
Rebecca is a Partner in BCLP’s Real Estate Disputes Group and Chair of the PLA Education and Training Committee

Mark Reading of Mishcon de Reya
Mark is a Legal Director in Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate Dispute Resolution Group and is the Chair of the PLA's Website and Marketing Committee

Catherine Taskis of Falcon Chambers
Catherine is a specialist property barrister at Falcon Chambers, a Fellow of CIArb and a Council member of the ALA.  She has been recommended for appointment as QC in the 2020 Competition

Nicholas Trompeter of Selborne Chambers
Nick was called to the Bar in 2006. Awarded ‘Real Estate’ junior barrister of the year in both The Legal 500 Awards and the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2019. Recommended for appointment as QC in the 2020 QC Competition.

All members of the PBA and PLA are welcome to attend this free webinar.
