PBA Conference 2018 - Fraud and Equity in Practice

This year's PBA Conference will focus on property fraud and the application of equitable principles and remedies to property law. The emphasis will be on applying these principles in practice. Professor Graham Virgo will open the Conference with a talk on ‘Property fraud and equity: defining fault’. The workshops are evenly split between fraud- and equity-related topics. The Conference will conclude with a panel debate at which a number of leading lawyers and other experts from different disciplines will address the topic ‘English Law on Property Fraud: Fit for Purpose?’
