Tuesday 8 November 2016
A change of direction for 2016, with the Mini-Conference’s focus turning to Real Property issues of general, but present interest. We are very lucky to have Nick Hopkins providing an insight into the Law Commission’s recent work on possible reforms to aspects of land registration.
The workshops will be led by practitioners that have appeared in recent leading cases on the subject matter of their workshop sessions.
In our closing session, Mrs Justice Proudman has generously agreed to lead and participate in a debate forum, which will examine and consider whether or not the place and significance of property work is under threat.
Chaired by Zia Bhaloo QC, Chairman of the PBA
