The PBA and PLA bring together a panel of leading property practitioners to discuss the year ahead and the changes they expect to see in the property industry as we enter a new decade.

Chaired by Liz Peace, President of the PLA, the panellists will be:
Brie Stevens-Hoare QC, Hardwicke – Brie will be discussing upcoming important legal cases and new legislation which property litigators ought to be aware of.
Chief Master Marsh – Master Marsh will be providing his view from the judiciary about the challenges and opportunities facing the courts in 2020.
Faisal Durrani, Head of London Commercial Research, Knight Frank – Faisal will looking at the outlook for the UK commercial occupier and investment markets.
Louisa Clarence-Smith, Property and Professional Services Correspondent for the Times - Louisa will be giving her views on the retail sector in 2020.
