Company Voluntary Arrangements – what they are, how they are used and can be challenged, and their implications for freehold and leasehold property assets. The speakers will present a case study to illustrate some of the issues which CVAs generate and which property practitioners may need to be aware of, together with commentary on some topical issues.
Tina Kyriakides (1984 Call): specialises in company, insolvency, commercial, fraud, and banking. Tina sits as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge. She is on the editorial board of R3’s Recovery magazine, a contributor to Gore-Browne and a consulting editor of Corporate Recovery & Insolvency.
Adam Deacock (1991 Call): is a commercial litigator specialising in insolvency, company, fraud, banking and real estate disputes. Adam has been recommended (Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners) as a leading insolvency barrister for a number of years. He regular contributes articles to specialist professional journals.
