PBA Seminar on Land Registration
This event will be a workshop chaired by Professor Elizabeth Cooke, Principal Judge of the First-tier Tribunal and former Law Commissioner with Tim Morshead QC (Landmark), Nick Trompeter (Selborne), and Amy Proferes (Serle Court)

This will be an interactive workshop focussing on issues concerning Land Registration. The workshop will be split into two parts, each featuring short presentations on the topics and a problem question to work through.
- The first part will deal with (i) rectification and alteration of the register and (ii) indemnities
- The second part will deal with priorities of property interests.
CPD Learning Objective: to increase awareness and technical knowledge of the present state of the law in relation to issues concerning Land Registration
CPD Learning Rationale: to be educated better on the current developments of the aw in relation to issues concerning Land Registration.
