The PBA are running a remote training session for pupils on possession hearings.
This will involve a short demonstration from a member of the PBA followed by an opportunity for pupils to participate in a simulated possession hearing before a PBA member with judicial experience. The aim of the session is to provide pupils with valuable experience which they may not be gaining due to the stay on possession hearings in CPR 51Z.
Date: Thursday 11 June 2020
Time: 5pm - 6.30pm
Sessions will be for small groups of 5 pupils. Places are limited, so please register quickly if you would like to take part.
Materials for the training will be circulated in advance.
