Property Bar Association Leeds Conference: Challenges for property litigators in 2024

We are delighted to be in Leeds for our second regional conference.We will be joined by Mr Justice Fancourt, the Vice Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster, who will give a keynote speech on the topic: "Privacy and Confidentiality". Solicitors and barristers who are not PBA members are welcome to attend and the conference is aimed at practitioners of all levels of seniority, with the focus on the challenges ahead for property litigators. The workshop addresses the issues that arise when partnerships own property and the panel session will bring together a group of leading practitioners and an Assistant Land Registrar to discuss the latest issues thrown up by the Land Registration Act 2002.

This event is open to both barristers and solicitors. Members of the PBA can purchase tickets at a discounted rate.
