Barrister with over a decade’s experience practice in complex cross-border commercial disputes, including insolvency and regulatory litigation. Maintaining expertise across five separate Eastern Caribbean jurisdictions (inclusive of the BVI and Nevis) representing global, high value companies and individuals in varying sectors on matters relating to trusts, cross-border insolvency, international judgement enforcement and asset recovery. Substantial international comparative legal and consultancy experience from stints with the Commonwealth Secretariat and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law on legal issues and reform, delivering anti-corruption and asset forfeiture training; current modest offshore advisory practice. Currently seeking to take on new opportunities to extend my commercial and corporate practice in England & Wales as a Barrister and Civil / Commercial Mediator.
