Versatile property practitioner with particular experience of boundaries and easements, landlord and tenant including business lease renewals and cases involving local authority powers and duties with extensive experience at all levels of the courts and tribunal system.  Practising principally in Leeds for most of my career I have a wide variety of public and private sector clients.
