Caoimhe practises in property, chancery and commercial law and has a developing practice in professional liability law. She has experience of both County Court and High Court advocacy and appears frequently in both one-day and multi-day trials and interim applications. She has a particularly busy landlord and tenant practice, dealing regularly with issues including possession, forfeiture, breach of covenant, disrepair and service charges. Caoimhe builds close working relationships with both professional and lay clients and is quickly building up a loyal client base.
Caoimhe read Law at Clare College, Cambridge where she took a Double First and received a number of university and college prizes. During pupillage, she gained experience of a variety of practice areas, including large-scale international commercial litigation, property, insolvency, charities and traditional Chancery.
