Introduction
Ashpen Rajah joined Falcon Chambers in October 2021 after successfully completing pupillage. His pupil supervisors were Camilla Chorfi, Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Philip Sissons and Toby Boncey.Â
As a pupil, he gained experience of the full range of Chambers’ work, including, amongst other areas: landlord and tenant disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, mortgages, professional negligence, proprietary estoppel, constructive trusts, and adverse possession.
