THE LAW OF PROPERTY ACT 1925: 100 YEARS ON

Summary: 100 years on, our distinguished speakers will discuss – has the Law of Property Act 1925 stood the test of time or is reform long overdue?  The keynote address is by Lord Neuberger and the day includes a panel discussion chaired by Elizabeth Cooke, Upper Tribunal Judge and President of the Property Litigation Association.

Inviting PLA members: To mark the PLA’s 30th Anniversary, the PBA are excited to extend an invitation to this year’s conference to the PLA’s members. 2:30-3:30      Panel Discussion: Has the Law of Property Act 1925 stood the test of time?  The panel will discuss the speakers proposed amendments to the LPA.
