Navigating Challenging Conversations

The EDI sub-committee is pleased to announce an interactive seminar on “Navigating Challenging Conversations”. The session will be led by Danni Drummond-Brassington, the former head of CMS’ real estate disputes team and now a mediator, executive and conflict coach. Whether you are dealing with difficult dialogue in negotiations, disputes or day-to-day interactions, this event will give you practical insights into what is going on behind the scenes and tools to help elevate your communication skills. This is a joint event with the PLA, and there will be an opportunity to network after the session.
