Introduction

Aidan advises on all aspects of property law, with a particular interest in rural property and agricultural land. He has a traditional chancery practice, and often advises and appears in contentious probate disputes, claims to equitable interests in land, adverse possession or trust administration claims.

Aidan has also developed a specialist practice in Rating disputes (NNDR). He is standing counsel to a number of local authorities, but also acts for ratepayers. He is familiar with the relevant corporate insolvency provisions and has lectured on tenant insolvency and its consequences for landlords.
