Introduction
Joseph has experience in a broad range of property law. He has acted for landlords and tenants in private and social housing possession actions. He has advised on commercial tenancies and adverse possession. He acts in housing conditions cases in the civil courts and under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 before magistrates. Joseph has secured injunctions under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and enforced these through committal proceedings.
